1. Hello Pradeep,
as far your case is concern you should take NATURAMORE PLUS and nutrafull with milk ,along with this you should take healthy diet like-soaked dry fruits,nuts,potato,rajma,jaggery,seasame,curd,panner,pure ghee,rice etc.
always remember that without proper exercises your food will never digest, so daily exercise is mandatory.

U can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.
2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.
3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mea...more

Go for meditation to nourish your entire body to strengthen your cell & tissues improving your body in a healthy manner by conditioning your bones apart from medication. Take, plenty of water to hydrate your body. Your diet be easily digestible ,high in protein-take fish, eggs, chicken to energise your body. Take, apples, carrots, potatoes, sweet- potatoes, milk, almonds.

She should be ideally weighing 20-24 kgs, but it depends on the height, bone weight etc. You cannot go by the numbers completely. Check her immunity, activity levels, her concentration etc. They are better parameters to judge. Feed her healthy homecooked meals.

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts.

Don't alwyz go for medicines..tell him to join gym or have to do some exercise daily...jogging or walking also important..this will increase the metabolism and metabolic rate..tell him to take high protein...soaked chic peas and pea nuts...lots of green veggies...lots of fruits...plenty of water...walnuts,,almonds,,dates,,cashew...this will boost his health.
