1. Stay hydrated
2. Eat more calcium-rich foods
3. Eat less sodium
4. Eat fewer oxalate-rich foods-- foods high in oxalates are: spinach, chocolate, sweet potatoes, coffee, beets, peanuts, rhubarb, soy products, wheat bran.
