I doubt there is any chance of pregnancy. Though Mifepristone is not a contraceptive, since there has been instrumentation of the uterus it is likely to negate any chance of conception. Even then she can get a usg done after 6 weeks of her last periods. That should effectively clear any doubt.

Not sure about ayurveda but these fibroids are quite small and if they don't encroach the endometrial cavity, you can plan a baby without any problems.

Can not be cured but there is no need to cure if she does not have other complaints and check up by gynecologist is ok.
