Vesicoureteral Reflux Questions

Asked for female, 33 years old from Delhi

Dear Doctor, My baby has grade 5 vesicoureteral reflux and she is only 2 months old. Reflux of urine is present in both ureters and there is mild kidney infection in right kidney. Would antibiotics be useful? When can surgery be performed to correct her reflux problem? Please advise.

I think grade 5 reflux is a indication for surgery especially when infection is there. You should consult a paediatric surgeon or a paediatric urologist.

The baby would require close monitoring by urosurgeon and nephrologist for a long time. I agree with the opinion that weight has to increase before major surgery of baby. Reason for reflux in male child may be posterior urethral valves which may require corrective scopy.
If required baby may be kept on long term supra pubic catheter to decompress system or on long term low dose antibiotics called as urinary antisepsis.

I have chronic ulcer problem, I continuously feel pain, in area just below my chest, and the pain sometimes spreads to my arms and legs, and my back (pain is in back area in line with the spine) did endoscopy, was diagnosed with bile reflux, but medicine ive used works temporarily then becomes ineffective, ive used epirax, ursodiol, bromazepam but they do not seem to be curing the pain. Who love some help.

add citrus fruits like orange mausambi kiwi gooseberry anwala non stop. lamonade with black salt, ginger. two three times. kiwi is best for platelets. papaya leaf juice freshly made 10 ml with water 2-3 times for long time. blood in stool if stool is hard small cut in anal mucosa that is most common cause.
locally apply anovate/shield/ oxeurate any one ointment Two times for minimum 2-3 weeks. mucosa heale so no blood.
apply with index finger.
