Dear before taking any medication ,I would suggest you to go for vit. D test & see the result, if vit D is ok, then whatever supplements you will take ,get absorbed by your body.

Yes you can take it daily. As vit b is water soluble it doesn't have any side effects. Extra b is excreted through urine (hence it has more yellow colour)

Yes you' can take it but not for long time try to get vit d due to natural sources like sunrays, milk, broccoli, egg yolk, mashroom etc do not depend upon supplement therapy.

Dear Lybrateuser,
- You have to take supplement & also be in sunshine for 15-20 min between 10 am to 2 pm as it is the best natural source of vit d3
- also have foods rich in vitamin d such as organ meats, egg yolk, fortified foods such as dairy products, milk, orange juice & cereals.

Vitamin D is naturally produced by our body from sunlight
so 1st stay in the mrg sunlight for 10-15 mins daily and take tablets tayo 60k weekly once.
