You can take any brand .all are as effective as any other as long as the dose is same.
The best time is to take it in the morning empty stomach 30-40 minutes before you have your breakfast with plenty of water.
I would also suggest that you rely more in natural sources of vit. C like citrus fruits rather than in supplement tablets.

Hello, the recommended daily allowance of vitamin c is 75-90 mg/day which can be met mostly through your diet. A supplementation of 500 mg along with dietary vitamin c is enough for an adult. Thank you.

Dear Lybrate reader
none of these can prevent or cure corona. Companies are encashing on your fear.
Eat mixed diet, take some fruit daily, gargle mouth with warm salt water, walk 4 km daily regularly.
Don't watch corona news --be cautious but you shouldn't fear.

It is not known to what extent routine ingestion of very high doses of vitamin C seriously impairs health in a lasting way. Occasional large intakes of vitamin C may cause stomach cramps, nausea, and diarrhoea in some fasting subjects but have no long-term adverse effects.
