I am a vitiligo patient since 15 years am 20 now. But the patches are still there what can I do for it. I've attended many Dr. S dermatologists; unani, ayurvedic;and also homeopathy from Dr. Batra.is there any surgery to cover these patches? Please help me.

Leukoderma is an auto immune disease and we can control it but not cure it fully and medication needs to be given if symptomatic and for now during pregnancy stop steroid or immunosuppressive drug.

Is there any alternative cream to panderm which is safe to use and doesn't have side effects, I used to use panderm cream, my skin has become very fair, but I started getting pimples etc so stopped it, now I have recovered back. But I like the way panderm cream used to make my skin look fair and very fresh, is there any alternate cream which gives results as panderm but safe to use and has no or less side effects?

Please don't use panderm on your face. It is a steroid cream which has a lot of side effects and should never be used on face. Consult a dermatologist for proper treatment of pigmentation.
