I get cold often because of white blood cells count increased how can I cure it through food habits.

-Your immunity may be low which can cause repeated cold, or you may have allergy, sinusitis or nasal problem
-have a proper, well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables especially green leafy ones, have milk & milk products, lean meats, seafood, chicken, nuts, almonds, walnuts, cashew, pistachios, all these help in boosting your immunity & build your body defences against pathogens
