Medicines are temporary relief .you need to go to a dentist for exact diagnosis and treatment. You can give him ketorol dt single tablet in case of pain and emergency .but you can't rely on medicines and they can't be taken time and again due to several reasons. It is not possible to cure cavities. Bt yes you can take precautions of your oral health to do not let it grow. Using flouride containing toothpaste, use mouthwash, rinse mouth after every meal. Brush nd mouthwash twice daily. And if cavity is slight deep get it filled so food don't get lodged in the cavity.
