Hello, sir. You need not worry about this light headedness that you are experiencing after exercises, I would suggest you to hydrate well during the day and do moderate exercise only for some days. Try to sleep adequately. Don't do intense exercises for someday, let your body adapt slowly. Hope this helps. Thank you.

You can take all replacement but skip 1-2 days, one than skip second
because all r habit forming.
Eg me addicted to tramadol, alprazolam.
Unable to skip not a single day since 10 years approx.

It's in your best interest if you consult a pulmonologist (dm pulmonary medicine or md chest and tb) who will assess her again and ascertain the need to restart deflazacort. Although you should not discontinue this medicine abuptly but now when you have already done you should not restart it by yourself.

it's really difficult to get rid of poly substance use, so I praise your courage to come out of it and leading a sober life.
