First, you can start using a nipple shield and it should help the mother and the baby. Else the mother can also pump milk and give it with a bottle. You can use nipple butter cream from brands like himalaya or mother sparsh. Both are good.

Hello-
withdrawal works about 78% of the time overall. But the odds of pregnancy are always higher during the 5 days leading up to, and during, ovulation these are called fertile days. If no semen gets on your vulva or in your vagina, pregnancy can't happen whether or not you're ovulating.

Ensure good hygiene practices in the area. Gently clean the area with warm water, avoid using harsh chemicals or perfumed products that may irritate the skin further. If the swelling does not improve or if you experience any other concerning symptoms such as pain, fever, or unusual discharge, it is crucial to consult gynecologist for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.

Hi
tretinoin 0.5%is a strong retinoid and it can cause peeling in some. However, it is the first and best topical cream indicated for acne. I suggest to shift to a lower percentage of retinoids like 0.025%percent and apply moisturizer before and after it. And avoid facewash for 3 days to settle your skin.

It is not uncommon for some women to experience pain and bleeding after sex, especially if the intercourse was vigorous or if there was insufficient lubrication. However, persistent pain, burning sensation, and bleeding should not be ignored as they could be indicative of an underlying medical issue. It is important to consult a gynecologist to determine the cause and receive appropriate treatment.

in some facilities, the reference lipase range for adults under age 60 is 10–140 U/L. For adults over 60, the normal range is 24–151 U/L. If a person's lipase levels are very high, often 3–10 times the reference value, this can indicate acute pancreatitis.
