Is there stiffness also?

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine nux vom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 2 days and update. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *drink lot of water. *tea/ coffee should not be taken in excess. *meals should be taken regularly and on time. *stress should be avoided by doing yoga and exercise.

-The pain could be due to constipation & improper evacuation of bowel
- have plenty of oral fluids including 2-3 litres of water per day for proper hydration and digestion
- have more of fibre rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, wholegrains instead of refined ones, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts
- mix a tablespoon of isabgol powder in a glass of warm water and have it one hour before bedtime at night for proper motion
- take a pain relief tab...more
