Pelvic or abdominal pain is a pain that occurs below a woman's belly button. The pain can usually occur due to their periods or menstruation. Pelvic pain can be acute or chronic and varies from woman to woman. Acute means that you are having this pain for the first time. It could be due to inflammation infection and internal organs pathology
avoid spicy fatty oily food
take more curd and buttermilk
take small frequent meal
avoid heavy meal
avoid alcohol if you are taking
avoid too much sweet and chocolate
avoid smoking if you are doing
avoid stress
daily do yoga and walking
take antibiotics, anti spasmodic
if problem persist go for usg abdomen.

By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?
