Please avoid direct exposure to dust. Slowly increase you immunity by adapting a healthy lifestyle. Start exercising and eat healthy natural food every day. Have more fruits and vegetables. The immunity increases with good nutrition and exercise. In this context Yoga is very beneficial. If the allergy is intolerable or chronic in nature then use Homeopathy .You can contact me for a private consultation.

Allergies can be hereditary. But if you try to boost your immune system you will have lesser problems. Get your allergy test done, if you have not done it till now. Stay away or avoid all those things which trigger allergic reactions in your body. You may also try ayurvedic or homeopathy medicines because they will treat the root cause.
But please remember, that with your consistent efforts you can rid of this. So do not get frustrated. You need to go for walk/jog/cycling whatever you like. ...more
