- avoid spicy, fried & junk food, also restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day
- chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have more of fruits & vegetables, do not lye down for about an hour after food, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime
- take syrup gelusil, 2 teaspoonful three times a day half an hour after meals - have 7-8 glasses of water per day for proper digestion
