Dear Lybrateuser, - Follow some dietary precautions for your problem: - have your meals on time, do not skip meals, chew your food well, have 4-5 small meals including snacks instead of three large meals, have a light, non- fat containing dinner at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime, raise the pillow end by 4-6 inches when sleeping at night
