Poor digestion is the primary cause of nearly every disorder. This is what makes digestion very important so that the food we consume gets metabolized in an efficient manner. If the digestion is not strong it does not matter how much healthy food we consume the body would not be able to accumulate and absorb the nutrients from the food. A natural and excellent way of improving and maintaining a healthy digestive system is yoga.
There are various asanas in yoga that help in improving the digestion of an individual. Yoga stimulates the digestive system which results in increased appetite along with the balanced metabolic activity.
