To increase digestion power you can follow these methods:

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). drink warm water,take dinner early , take healthy food, cows ghee in regularly.do regular exercise,yoga,pranayam.
Avoid -overeating,drinking lot of water & sleeping immediate after taking food , oily,fast,spicy,bakery ,deep fried food,junk food,outside food ,water,chilled water,cold drinks etc.

Hello,
you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem
kindly follow advises given below:
you can take:
1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day)
2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day
3. Get check eyes for refractive error

3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc
4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep.
5. Maintain active life style

You may be suffering from IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Causes are. Eating Spicy food, Heavy food, lack of fiber etc.
Any exercise /Yoga can help to alleviate the issue, but if you Do not resolve the root cause, then yoga may not be able to help.
Currently you have not given complete information about your problem hence the solutions you get may or may not work. It will be good if you mention your eating habits.
