To increase digestion power you can follow these methods:
• Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat.
• Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion.

drink warm water,take dinner early , take healthy food, cows ghee in regularly.do regular exercise,yoga,pranayam.
Avoid -overeating,drinking lot of water & sleeping immediate after taking food , oily,fast,spicy,bakery ,deep fried food,junk food,outside food ,water,chilled water,cold drinks etc.

Hello,

you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem

kindly follow advises given below:

you can take:

1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day)

3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc
4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep.

You may be suffering from IBS or Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
Causes are. Eating Spicy food, Heavy food, lack of fiber etc.
