It's not a big problem. But take good precautions like eating only healthy food (more of natural and whole grains and pulses ). Avoid outside food and beverages. Avoid stimulants like tobacco and alcohol. Avoid excess tea and coffee. Drink sufficient water (8-10 glasses ). Start exercising everyday.
