Dear lybrate-user,
You are young and should monitor all your health issues with a properly planned nutritious diet, exercise and life style. Begin Yoga and pranayama. With proper planning, at your age, BP can come under good control without medication and you can lead a normal happy life. Foods that will help: Green leafy vegs; Dahi/ curd/butter milk BEFORE food; pomegranate, beet, honey.
Resist taking packaged foods of any kind and fried foods.
Regards.

Hi,
Head reeling may be due to low or high blood pressure. Get your BP checked with a nearby doctor. If it is high , you may have to start with antihypertensives and reduce the intake of salt and salty items like pickles, pappads, namkeens, oil fried food, etc. But if it is low, increase intake of salt by adding salt to curd rice or taking pickles with curd rice, drinking plenty of fluids like fresh fruit juices, buttermilk, tender coconut water, milk, etc. Take adequate rest and sleep...more
