Dear lybrate-user,
You are young and should monitor all your health issues with a properly planned nutritious diet, exercise and life style. Begin Yoga and pranayama. With proper planning, at your age, BP can come under good control without medication and you can lead a normal happy life. Foods that will help: Green leafy vegs; Dahi/ curd/butter milk BEFORE food; pomegranate, beet, honey.
Resist taking packaged foods of any kind and fried foods.
Regards.
