strictly avoid all junks, oily -spicy food, pickles if u r eating, drink lots of water, juices or daily have fresh fruits. try to keep ur bowel clear. Avoid constipation. Eat fibres, legumes, peas, broccoli etc.
Drink enough water.

First of all, control your constipation
Consume lot of water and fibre rich diet.

It could be due to piles. Main reason for piles at your age is constipation. So as long as you pass normal motion pain will not be there. So to avoid constipation, you should take plenty of water atleast 2.5 to 3 litres in a day.
