Since when r you having this?What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?How is your appetite?R you constipated or having loose stools?

Insufficient details of duration, other complaints and any medication tried. 1. Rt. Side bulky ovaries is a gynecological problem detected normally by sonography. Further tests may be necessary. 2. - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, raise your pillow end by 4-6 inches while sleeping at night
- avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, also restrict intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day
- have 7-8 glasses of water along with other fluids per day

1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.
2. Don't Overeat
3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south...more

To get rid from gas problem and to increase digestion power you can follow these methods:
• Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat.
• Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion.
