It looks like you are anaemic. If you have shin and hip pain as well as neck sprain then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having shin pain/ hip pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for such pain.

Hi, your body pain is due to fever you are suffering from. Fever may be simple/ self-limiting viral infection, or it may a symptom some serious illness like typhoid/ malaria/ dengue/ tb or many more like that. It is decided by symptoms provided by you, and a battery of investigations. But short term fever is most likely viral fever.
Therefore, follow the advice and consult doctor with detail symptoms.

Probably a disl prolapse instead which is giving pressure symptoms (pain radiation to leg) your both screning tests are negative and you have not being infected by tubercular bacterism so better think otherwise and consult an orthopedic surgeon.

Sarcoidosis and tb are both different diseases, but many times present with similar type of symptoms, so doctor is not clearly able to tell which one is causing problem, and the patient may have to be given treatment for both. Tb is treated with anti tb medicine, in this one of medicine is rcinex. Sarcoidosis is treated with corticosteriods. Do you have history of tuberculosis/ family history of tuberculosis?
Do ESR test. X-ray. And if there is some hint of tuberculosis than go for mri.
