So hope u'd done your chest x ray n pft n spirometry. Ready with pumps. Sos. As your study time is imp. At age of 20yrs its gd that you can plan your pulmonary fitness with exercise /yoga.
Ayurveda share there r vat/pitta/kaf variation according to your body constituents so it need to be checked by ayurveda Dr. Till then 3-4 hrs time should be in bet'n your dinner n retiring on bed.
