Dear user. I can understand. Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. Dear , I felt happy to hear that you left smoking. God bless you. You have smoked just for 2 years. Your lungs have the capacity to repair itself. On an average it takes 6 months to one year for your lungs to repair itself. The best method is to do lung age test. You may consult nearest physician to do this. Take care.

Hi, no there is ideally no treatment for this problem, and after you stop smoking also that blackness may be reduced upto great extent but never goes off completely, if you keep smoking in what ever quantity, blackness will remain due to narcotic effect of tobacco.
