This is not a dental problem. Please show it to a endocrinologist. Please do a cleaning of teeth with dental specialist.

Any toothpaste is ok but the brushing method is more important. Its well and good if you use one contains fluorides provided you don't have dental flourosis.

Please do proper cleaning with dentist and he should be prepared to do properly without any deposit left over.
