I have problems with my facial skin. My face is very dry and rough with large pores. I tried some facial moisturizer like cetaphil but it makes my skin more dry and itchy and often my face get tired and saggy when I walked. I also feel some twitching in face sometimes not often. Please suggest me what to do, I am really hopeless.

Have acne problem since 2013. Was on medication from 2013 to 2017. Pimples n acne reduced. Medication stopped in 2017. Now my face is again full os pimples. Acme. And black scars all over forehead and skin.
I have started taking the below for more than 3 weeks.
((((((new pimples have reduced by 50%, acne scar is not being faded at all))) )))
1. Isotretinoin tablets (glotret-10)
2. Topical cream - benzoyl peroxide3 (pernex ac 2.5%)
3. Topical cream - (kojiglo forte)
