Pain nd sensitivity may be due to cavities. Get a full mouth xray done and attach. In private chat. So that cn suggest you.

Hi, I am 29 years old. I have mouth smell problem while talking. There is some small cavity in my upper inner teeth. I do regularly brush with Colgate total.

Get the cavity filled by a dentist. It may harbour smell producing bacteria. Also you may need to go for scaling

For tightening of gums you will require scaling and root planning to be done. Along with it proper maintenance of oral hygiene is of utmost important.
