You are perfectly alright your BMI shows 19 kg /m2 I would suggest instead of tablets go with fruits vegetables and greens.

Have fruits 3 servings with dry fruits like raisins, dates,fig then have 2 servings of vegetables then you vl get chubby cheeks.

Take proteins in different sources like milk n mi lk products, soybeans, fish, nuts like badham n walnuts.
