If there is tingling and numbness is in your full leg then it can be due disc problem. You have to do spine x-ray.

If pain is severe then you can continue tolydol and pain is less you can continue with zerodol-p. Do regular physiotherapy and walk with walker.

You should do complete blood count. If your heamoglobin is less then medication to increase your heamoglobin and for common cold antibiotics should be taken.
