it may fissure. take hot seitz bath three times in a day liq cremaffin plus 1.5 teasfoon at bed time lox gelly in anal region 4-5 times a day

it may be hypertrophic scar. apply coconut oil and if it is not reliveing than scar excision surgery is advised
