Better to get a chest x ray. Check her oxygen levels. If no signs or symptoms of infection you can give her budecort nebulization.

Can duplin and foracort solutions be mixed and taken together while using nebulizer?

Duolin is like short acting bronchodilator for emergencies foracort is for maintenance and both should not be mixed.

When symbicort can cause cushing syndrome or coconut (systemic effects) in asthma patient and when to stop it and what is the alternative?

Symbicort/ inhalation steroids causing cushings is less known side effect. Unless if it is used with other liver enzyme inhibitors that itself is not common.

Childhood asthma gets better over a period of time. If once asthma has been confirmed need to be on inhalers.
