Hello lybrate user Symptoms of diabetes include, increased frequency of urination, increased thirst, incresed appetite, weight loss,tingling sensation of legs, generalized weakness etc. Not all symptoms may be there. If in doubt better get your fasting blood sugars and post lunch blood sugars tested. Take care.
