Hello Doctor, What is the cure of high heart beat rate. I have pulse rate of above 95/minute most of the day? My habits: No Alcohol, no Smoking, about 3 cups of tea/day, usually computer work. I have observed this for more than 10 years. Thanks in Advance.

You can get your general physician's opinion as to any abnormalities in your heart functioning. Once he/she declares that you are normal, you should stop checking your heart beat or pulse rate etc. Every now and then. It seems to me that you have developed this behaviour as a habit. It can be unlearned by not doing or thinking about it. Regular practice of pranayama and meditation has soothing effects on hear rates and associated anxieties.
