I have a low bone density as told by an orthopaedic surgeon about 3 months ago. He compared my skeleton to a 70 years old person. I want to improve my condition according to my age and height. I also suffer from low weight issues. My height is 5'11" and weight is 51 kg.

Have 2 glasses of milk products in form of milkshake/ lassi/ paneer daily. Include 1 whole egg, fatty fish, shiitake mushroom, ragi, soybean, rajmah, leafy vegetables, posto, safed til, soaked almonds daily. Avoid tea/ coffee with meals. Practice resistance exercises like push up, etc for weight gain. Drink 3-4 litres water daily.
