I am a diabetic since 20 years. My sugar control is OK 160. Since 1 year I am also suffering with neuropathy means burning sensation in the foot. Whom should I consult weather podiatrist or neuro physician? Help me advise. Using pregabalin tablets also.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. For diabetic neuropathy, your physician who is helping ic controlling blood glucose is good enough. If you are already on Pragabalin, then that happens to be the medicine most often used to reduce neuropatic pain. Most important is to have an excellent blood glucose control with fasting <100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<7. If you want any help I may be able do the same if you come in a private consultation. Thanks.
