I have self inflicted myself a couple of year ago .the following are the treatments taken by me frac co2 2 sitting mrf 3 sitting fraxel 3 sitting as none of the laser treatments were not giving me specific results I moved to derma treatment there is a considerable amount of colour change but the scars are not fading can any only kindly instruct me the treatments to be followed I would love to get my scared faded to a extent they are not visible kindly instruct me the procedure that I have options on for better results.

Since scars are deep, recovering from them require deeper treatments like medium depth peels, dermabrasion, dermarollers, microneedling or laser resurfacing. 6-8 sittings of the treatments most suitable for you as decided by the skin doctor will provide you remarkable results in acne scars. But you have to keep patience and take atleast 6-8 sittings to get maximum result. You cannot get your original baby smooth skin back but 60-80% resurfacing can be achieved and good visible improvement can be achieved. Keep patience and go for laser resurfacing every month for 6-8 sessions. Also apply retinol, vitamin c and hyaluronic creams regularly between the treatments. Sunscreen is essential.
