Sleeping related problems are basically related to chronic bad sleeping habits. Watching tv late, not doing regular exercise, worrying too much, stressful life are some factors. Apart from these co morbidities like diabetes, high bp, obesity also contribute. Going to bed earl, reading on bed, switching of lights, tv etc may help.
