I have had flatfoot from my childhood and have no arch on my left leg (right leg has a moderate arch) My question is what type of shoes should I be wearing? One with the comfortable cushioning or the one with the good arch support?

Use only soft sole shoe - all type sports shoe or any type put your both feet hot water compress do toe bending exercise heal up and heal down avoid Arch 22 years may be in trouble when you walk use soft silicon insole inside the shoe.
