lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. It is clear that your husband has a very badly controlled diabetes. This may be due to inappropriate medication and/or excess dietary intake or not enough exercise. Ideally when diabetes is well controlled FBG should be <100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<6.8. Therefore, just giving dietary advise is not at all going to be beneficial. His whole treatment has to be looked at and needs to be altered so that blood glucose is properly controlled.
