I have a round bald patch on my head backside hair lost in round circular shape as well as my bowel irritate regularly I had lots of excess anxiety problem from last 2 months my mind keep thinking of my bowel and I keep searching on google almost time in a day my life becoming hell due to this please help.

You may be having alopecia areata. This is an autoimmune condition due to the attack of lymphocytes? against hair roots. It results in the formation of bald patches on the scalp.
