I feel much depressed at times. I always wants to settle in a safe place. If I'm out with friends always I feel to go my room which I feel as safe. I google and found this as agoraphobia. This symptoms are Disturbing my day to day life. I'm trying hard to come out of it. But still I can't come out of it. Kindly help me out.
