Had an accident and I had stitches on my right cheek due to which my nose is stretched and it looks very bad Will my nose recover or it will be the same

If the stiches are still on and did not got removed. There might be possiblity of just skin streching. While keeping sutures. It might get corrected after suture removal. But if they are already removed before. It will remain same. It can be corrected by some plastic surgery.
