Hello lybrate-user, if your blood count is low, you opt for medications but you should also have nutritious food which increases blood cells and flow in the body. Include beetroot, green leafy vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, lettuce. Take almonds it covers 6% of iron requirement.
