For oral hygiene please suggest me as my gums bleeds and teeth get pale in color. can you tell any medicine, paste or lotion?

Hi, your complaints are indicative of gingivitis, a gum disease. It is caused because of excessive deposition of calculus on teeth. Rather than using paste, lotion or any medicine, just get your teeth cleaned by your dentist as this procedure will help to resolve gum disease. Regards.

Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.
