Very high level of Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) can be caused by liver diseases like hepatitis/cirrhois/cancer liver, gall bladder disease like cholecystitis/gll stone/ostructive jaundice, bone diseases like broken bone/osteopoross/osteomyelitis/bone cancer. Get yourself examined by medical specialist and follow the advice and treatment.
