I have been having this dry path around my ankles. This started many years back as small dryness but now it?s spreading. I have this dry/scaly patch in my elbow area/Knee area I have shown different kind of doctor like General physician/Skin specialist/Siddha/Ayurveda/Homeopathy. All have different theory like Body Heat / Impure Blood/ Mild psoriasis/eczema and etc. Observations: -No Pain -No Swelling -Not Too Red -No Puss -No Irritation -No infection - It looks odd when someone see, otherwise it does not give any trouble - when I eat spicy food, I feel it becomes more scaly Medication taken in past:-Propygenta -Dipgenta -Salicylic based cream -Ayurvedic Psorkot tab (gave me heavy stomach pain/gas) -colostrum (as suggested in this Lybrate Forum) -aloevera cream -Anti Allergic tabs My lifestyle: -Very active -Walk/Jog Daily -Regularly do yoga -Sleep well -Weight: 86 -Height: 180 cms -Eat Balanced diet -No Smoking -Occasional drinking (once in 2 months may be) -Question: WHAT SHOULD I DO?
