Hi I am Siddhartha I am using my fair cream for last 9 months it is a composition of hydroquinone 2% w/w tretinoin 0.025% w/w and mometasone furoate 0.10% w/w.I improved my colour but I am becoming red Can you give me any suggestion to avoid red colour.

Hi lybrate-user. I strongly advise you to immediately stop using that cream and consult a Dermatologist. The redness on your face is a side effect of using that fairness cream for so many months. Ideally it is prescribed for hyper pigmentary conditions of the skin and to be used for only 3 weeks. Since you have used for 9 months, you are experiencing redness of face. Later you will develop more serious complicaations like pigmentation, atrophy, increased hair growth on face etc. Therefor stop it at once and visit a Dermatologist.
