Hi, you should consult a dermatologist as the treatment given for skin lesions will also help to resolve mouth lesions. For oral lesions, just use kenacort oral gel 0.1%, apply it on the patches three to four times a day. The healing of skin and mouth patches will occur simultaneously. Regards.
