Recently from this month I am having lots of pimples on my face n having their left off dark spots. One of my friends suggested me cipla saslic DS foaming face wash. Is this helpful?

Acne is a medical condition caused by bacteria P acnes. Prompt treatment is required to avoid scarring. Treatment requires a proper evaluation of your skin and you need to take medicines (antibiotics) and apply creams on the pimples depending upon the grade of acne. Just using a salicylic face wash won't help the condition. You need proper treatment by a qualified dermatologist. please don't pop the pimples as it would lead to more scarring which is more difficult to treat.

Hello Lybrate user, cipla saslic is a foaming face wash, contains 2% salicylic acid, it might be helpful in removing extra oil, dirt from your face, but i'm not sure only face wash will be enough to get rid of your problem.
